Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Assembly Associate applicants for immediate hire. This is a temp-to-hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Jackson, MI. This position pays up to $12.00/hr. and is a full-time 3rd Shift Position. The shift hours are Sunday through Thursday from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. 


Our client for this position is one of the largest suppliers of suspension and static seating solutions for heavyweight motorcycle, turf care, construction equipment, and agricultural vehicles, sport and utility vehicles, material handling, and mobility markets.

An Assembly Line Associate for our team on this assignment will be asked to assemble a variety of seats to include highly repetitive movements, use of power tools, constant bending, twisting, and lifting. This position is fast-paced and will be trained in different areas of the assembly department. 

The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working in this position: 
  • Cut fabric
  • Assemble fabric and foam on a steel frame
  • staple fabric to foam
