Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Industrial Cleaning Worker applicants for immediate hire. This is a temp to hire, part-time position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Blue Springs, MS. This position pays up to $13.00/hr. and is a 1st and 2nd shift position. You will report to work on Monday - Thursday 6:00 am and 3:30 pm or 9:00 am and 6:30 pm. 
Our client for this position is one of the largest facilities custodial and maintenance companies in the country and is located onsite at a globally recognized auto manufacturer in Blue Springs, MS. 
An Industrial Cleaning  Worker for our team on this assignment will be asked to be able to work in a high paced industrial environment, have a general understanding of industrial safety practices, and be able to use a variety of hand tools, pressure washers and electrical equipment.
The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working in this position: 
  • Clean paint booth walls and windows
  • Cut and replace plastic coverings on equipment, booths and conveyors
  • Clean sludge from sheets and under booths
  • Clean scrape and purge vats
