Diverse Staffing is currently seeking Call Center Representatives for immediate, temporary to hire positions. Staff for these positions will work at a customer warehouse in Sharonville, OH. This position pays $12.00 per hour and candidates must have flexibility to work any eight hour shift. Shift hours are between 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and one weekend day of your choice.

As a Call Center Representative for this customer you will be answering inbound questions about product, taking orders, and tracking shipping. Our client is a cosmetics manufacturer.

Some of the day-to-day tasks for this job include:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication 'scripts' when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience working in a call center environment is a must
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Walk, stand/bend/reach frequently throughout entire shift
  • Strong attendance record, especially during peak season.
