Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Machine Operator applicants for immediate direct hire positions. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Shelbyville, IN. This position pays $22.00 and is a rotating shift. You will report to work from 6pm - 6am.

 A Machine operator for our team on this assignment will be asked to set up equipment to meet customer satisfaction.

The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position: 

*Know locations of process and procedure documents 
* Proper use of process sheets and control charts 
* Record tube dimensions on proper charts 
* Follow process sheets 
* Turn samples in to QC as required with documentation

Job Requirements


  • Solid work history, excellent attendance record required
  • 3-5 years previous manufacturing work experience 
  • Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Lift up to 25 LBS.
  • Walk, stand, bend, twist, etc.
