Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Electric Pallet Jack Operator applicants for immediate hire for a temporary to hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in West End, AL. This position pays up to $10.00/hr. and is a flexible shift. You will report to work between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM Sunday through Wednesday. 

An Electric Pallet Jack Operator for our team on this assignment will be asked to move pallets around using the electric pallet jack in a warehouse. 
The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working in this position:
  • Operate the Electric Pallet Jack
  • Pull orders and palletize
  • Shrink wrap pallets by hand

Job Requirements

  • Previous Electric Pallet Jack experience is required
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Good attendance record
  • Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift
  • Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel or balance
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
