Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Maintenance applicants for immediate hire for a Journeyman Maintenance position.  This is a direct hire position, and you will work  in Homer, MI., This position will pay based on experience and is a 3rd  shift position. This position is a 12-hour position and scheduled for 183 days.

A Journeyman Maintenance for our client once hired will be asked to provide maintenance for our client’s facility. 
  • .Journeyman’s card or associate’s degree in related field
  • 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Understanding of machinery electrical prints, pneumatics, and assembly principles
  • Proficient with robots, preventative maintenance, panel circuitry, machine repair, 480v3-phase electricity, PLCs
  • Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge and utilize a system approach when troubleshooting
