In this position, you will work on-site at our corporate headquarters located at 7135 Waldemar Drive in Indianapolis, IN. Reporting to the Director National Sourcing Services, the individual in this role will manage daily sourcing operations including a best-in-class nationwide recruitment marketing strategy which includes several marketing and communication channels. This position directly supports the achievement of external client and internal corporate hiring objectives by partnering with our recruiters, management, and sales team on the execution of our overall corporate strategy for our key deliverable: people!
Essential Job Functions:
  • Implement job distribution strategies to market, attract, and recruit quality candidates through the exploration and use of a variety of job boards/aggregators, search engines, social media presence, niche sites, etc.
  • Directly supervise internal team of corporate recruiters, sourcing specialists and marketing professionals.
  • Provide direct support to manage the relationship with 30+ internal and external customers and/or vendors.
  • Use knowledge of SEO to manages our digital and social recruiting campaigns in partnership with sourcing and marketing coordinators
  • Ensure process compliance company-wide regarding job order advertisements, networking, and referral programs,
  • Demonstrate best practice techniques for sourcing from digitial platforms such as job boards and aggregators
  • Coach branch offices on social media (social recruiting) etiquette, and best practices, specifically around LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing plans by market/agency in collaboration with field recruiting team, managers, directors and corporate marketing.
  • Develop and implement innovative ways to differentiate/market the Diverse brand career opportunities for key labor segments (new grads, multi-cultural, veterans, experienced, women) through various campaigns (print, digital, social, etc.)
  • Manage print and digital collateral including recruiting literature, our career presentation, career fair displays/booth, postcards, etc., and manages photography and career video projects
  • Regularly calculate and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of job distribution strategies, maximize vendor accountability, and make recommendations for improved performance
  • Research the marketplace for vendor services appropriate to Diverse Staffing
  • Negotiate contract terms and track outcomes for budget and reporting purposes


  • Education equivalent to a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR the equivalent in related work experience
  • 2-5 years’ experience managing a team of 5 or more professional recruiters
  • Full-desk agency recruitment experience is preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns and programs and managing social media branding/campaigns in a staffing or corporate recruiting environment
  • Working knowledge of various recruitment marketing strategies/tactics (i.e. event management, digital strategies, advertising, campaign management, social mediate marketing etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Candidate Relationship Management systems is preferred
  • Understanding of sourcing at an administrative level
  • Proven creative and innovative recruitment marketing skills
  • Possesses the ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently and is comfortable being managed by a supervisor that is primarily off-site
Diverse Staffing offers competitive benefits including a major medical plan, 401K, paid time off, and other employee incentives. Compensation for this position will be based on experience. This will include a base and incentive program with target salary of up to $100,000 per year.
