NLB/Maintenance Technician in Lafayette, IN at Diverse Staffing

Diverse Staffing is now accepting NLB/Maintenance Technician for immediate hire. These are Temporary to Hire positions located in Lafayette, IN.  This position pays up to $20.00/hr. 

Our client is a growing $100M private company offering Maintenance, Facilities Management, HVAC, Water Treatment, and Industrial Process Cleaning.

The NLB/Maintenance Technician Candidate is responsible for proper parts replacement (repair of equipment), PMs of equipment, and documentation. The NLB/Maintenance Technician must be able to read equipment prints and will assist the management team with tasks related to equipment upgrades and process improvements. Required computer skills include Excel and Word. Familiarity with Lotus Notes a plus. The NLB/Maintenance Technician must be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, be able to manage time and priorities, and be able to multi-task. Excellent communications skills are a must along with being able to work without constant direct supervision. 

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but not limited to): 

• Review and set PMs 

• Set up inventory, including documentation, min/max levels 

• Maintaining crib/5S standards 

• Create and maintain file system (electronic and hard copy) 

• Verify accuracy of operation and maintenance manuals 

• Repair equipment 

• Communicate with management (both MIS and customer) 

• Order materials and parts 

• Set up scheduled reports 

• Follow through with all work updates with management 

• Copying and printing as required 

• All other tasks assigned by Manager
