Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Packaging Associate applicants for immediate hire. This is a Temp-to-hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position pays up to  $12.50/hr. and is a 3rd shift position.

A Packaging Associate for our team on this assignment will be responsible for Inspecting incoming materials to ensure compliance for plastics. Fill in on the packer line when needed.

The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working in this position: 
  • The individual will be responsible for adhering to food and safety procedures.
  • inspect plastic bags for defects
  • package/box bags per requirements  
  • Label boxes and pallets when necessary
  • follow proper cleaning and sanitizing policies
