The Diverse Staffing Legal Administrative Specialist at this client location performs the following responsibilities:

  • Assist prosecutors and legal support staff in organizing voluminous case information.
  • Scan, load, and index documents into a legal case management database. 
  • Assure documents are organized for efficient automated storage and retrieval by preparing appropriate indices, defining data file search criteria and indexing/coding fields. 
  • Prepare trial notebooks, photo boards, maps, charts and other exhibits required for litigation.
  • Load electronic version of exhibits and other trial material into case presentation software and ready presentation for court.
  • Set up IT and audiovisual equipment for electronic courtroom presentation and run presentation during trial or hearing.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • US Citizen who has lived in the U.S. three out of the last five years 
  • Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and credit check (no collections or recent bankruptcies.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to index documents and prepare indices 
  • Understanding of and ability to operate technology
  • Organizational skills and experience performing data entry 
  • Up to date COVID-19 vaccination is required or negative test every three days
