Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Production Associate applicants for immediate hire. This is a temp-to-perm position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Brooklyn, MI.  This position pays up to $10.25/hr. and is a 1st shift position. You will report to work between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.

Our client for this position is a leading manufacturer of polyurethane foam products nationwide.

A Production Associate for our team will be processing products made from the foam machine.
The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working in this position:
  • Operate a stamp press   
  • Silkscreen, or heat seal 
  • Trim, measure, cut, and assemble

Job Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred     
  • Knowledge of silk screening, using a tape measure, or operating a press machine is a plus   
  • Good attendance record
  • Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift
  • Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel or balance
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
