Diverse Staffing is currently searching for a Recruiting Program Manager that will focus on providing full comprehensive staffing solutions and account management for Indy's top pharmaceutical and healthcare companies located here in Indianapolis. This role is designed for someone who likes customer care and interfacing while providing strategic recruiting strategies to ensure all staffing initiatives are met. The successful candidate is someone who is proactive, prioritizes, resourceful and driven. Your strong organization, recruiting and communication skills will ensure program success by defining and controlling scope, setting and monitoring deliverable timelines, managing day to day tasks and understanding full cycle recruiting from vetting candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities you can expect in this position include:



  • Sourcing, interviewing, and vetting highly skilled candidates.

  • Managing candidates through the recruitment/onboarding process

  • Managing our on-line application submittals process from our website portal.

  • Client meetings and onsite customer interfacing

  • Utilizing all recruitment resourcing tools: job boards, social media and job fairs

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and vendor management tools

  • Ability to manage weekly payroll and PTO needs.

  • Act as point of contact for questions on open roles for candidates and provide necessary follow up to maintain relationships with candidates.

  • Report weekly results on standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and other metrics for the purpose of evaluating recruiting source effectiveness, cost per hire, time per hire and other key analytics.

  • Meet with management to discuss and clarify data, system, or sourcing process issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities.

  • Use data and metric driven analysis to provide weekly and monthly reports for management.

  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Job Requirements


  • Education equivalent to a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR the equivalent in related work experience

  • Solution-oriented work ethic

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

  • Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and clients

  • Out of the box critical thinking skills

  • Great attention to detail and structure

  • Strong Business Acumen
