Job Description

Diverse Tech Services is now accepting Senior Software Architect applicants for immediate hire. This is an 12 - month contract position. In this job, you will work for our client in Indianapolis, IN. You will report to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please indicate your salary requirements when applying. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
The Senior Software Architect for our team in this position will be responsible for consulting and aligning business & IT stakeholders to build the overall future state of the client's architectural strategy
The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position:
  • Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications
  • Documents and communicates the strategy using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, and adaptable manner
  • Using a holistic approach, conducts enterprise analysis, design, planning, and implementation for the successful development and execution of strategy

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years in an architectural or design capacity for 'large scale' enterprise systems; experience contributing to product roadmaps
  • Understanding, modeling, and representing the organizations business requirements in a human consumable manner, as it relates to strategy
  • Technical certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Expert Architect expert, or AWS desirable
  • Expertise (or awareness) of the holistic set of platforms, tools, utilities, and technical constructs that constitute “buy” elements within the future state architecture
  • Competence in developing a future state architecture that includes both custom built and purchased platform / tool / utility components
  • At least 3 years’ experience with the following technologies
    • Azure DevOps
    • C#
    • VB.Net experience
