Diverse Staffing is now accepting Shipping Associate applicants for immediate hire for a temporary to hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Columbus, IN. This position pays up to $11.50/hr. and is a 3rd shift position. You will report to work between 10:15 PM and 6:45 AM, Monday through Friday.



Our client for this assignment is a pharmaceutical company founded in 1976 and based in Columbus, IN. They develop healthcare products for consumer, pharmaceutical, and professional markets in the United States. This is a great place to start a career because there is no experience required, they are willing to train motivated staff, and there is room for advancement!



A Production Line Associate for our team on this assignment will be packaging and stacking finished product based on GMP's and set expectations.  



A Shipping Associate for our team on this assignment will be asked to work along teammates on the assembly line, pack, and palletize, as well as load and unload trucks, move material to and from the shipping department.



The following in an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position:



  • Assembly by following or examining instructions or prints

  • Material handler

  • Palletize – Place, stack, or transport goods

  • High School Diploma or GED
