Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Stocker applicants for immediate hire. This is a temp to hire  position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in New Albany, MS.   This position pays up to $ 12.50 per hour and is a 3rd shift position. You will report to work between 12pm until all is stocked- maybe 4am-5am. .

Our client for this position is a distributor or food, candy and tobacco products for convenience stores and small grocery stores. This will be a temp to perm opportunity for the right applicant within a 'family' team environment.  

A Stocker  for our team on this assignment will be asked to break down pallets, scan using an RF Scanner and Sort stock.

The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position:

•    Break down pallets of food and tobacco products and move to inventory locations
•    Inspect, scan and move totes as it moves through a conveyor system
•   Lift, sort and stack totes onto pallets to prepare for shipment
MUST be able to drive a forklift and use an electric pallet jack
