Diverse Staffing is currently seeking Bakery Production Associate for immediate hire. These are full-time temp to hire positions working 12 hour shifts. Our customer is one of the largest commercial bakeries in North America. Schedules are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 

A Bakery Production Associate for this assignment must be able to lift  50lbs consistently throughout the work day. This position will require the flexibility to work in very warm environments near ovens or cold environments near cold storage. You will also need to follow all General Manufacturing Practices in regards to dealing with food.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Our customer requires a resume from all applicants
• Contractors must submit to a background check and drug screen
• You must have and maintain a good attendance record
• Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• You will need to be able to walk or stand for the duration of your shift
• You must have the ability to grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel or balance
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment required
