We are currently seeking experienced, qualified, professionals in Atlanta, GA to fill a Bilingual Workers Compensation Claims Coordinator role.This position requires bilingual language skills. You must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish to be successful in this position. A Workers Compensation (WC) Claims Coordinator will assist the WC Claims Specialist by coordinating front line action for in regards to employees injured on the job. You will work directly with employees, clients, witnesses and internal Diverse employees to ensure proper processing of workers compensation claims. You will ensure information is properly documented and reported and that medical assistance when needed is initiated and monitored.This position will include duties like customer service, employee relations, administrative support as well as translation as necessary for the WC team.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher level of education

• Basic working knowledge of Georgia Workers’ Compensation laws

• Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish languages.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to interact in a respectful manner with a diverse population of colleagues, clients and job applicants; leveraging active listening skills and paying attention to cues from reading their audience

• Proven communication skills; able to convey one’s message in a clear, concise and professional manner, considering one’s  audience, in all forms of media (i.e. voicemail, phone, email, face-to-face) and handles conflicts and disagreements constructively

• Proficient multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks at one time, while remaining compliant with policies and delivering against deadlines

• Proven problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office software are preferred
