In the process, we can turn the industry on its head, un-limit what customers expect, and unleash your true potential.  With a role as a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in-class customer focused service. By establishing, continuing, building, and exceeding customer satisfaction to align solutions to our client’s business initiatives.
This is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive base salary plus commission and benefits.  Top performers meeting all goals have the potential to earn total compensation up to $100,000 annually.  Base salary will be determined by personal experience and skill set.
About the role
  • Achieve profitable sales growth objectives
  • Utilizing strong selling skills, develop and understand customer needs
  • Identify potential customers and set strategies to align customers with company recommendations
  • Conduct high level of customers by responding to customer inquiries in a timely professional manner
  • Identify opportunities and effectively execute the sales strategy
  • Deliver effective sales presentations during customer meetings
  • Attend and participate in career events, regional and company meetings/conference calls as required
  • Complete weekly activity reports, expense reports, and any requested information as directed by management.
     About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or two or more years sales experience in a staffing agency, corporate sales or marketing role
  • Proven ability to obtain, understand, and leverage market intelligence in the design of strategies to target, establish new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact in a respectful manner with a diverse population of colleagues, clients and job applicants; leveraging active listening skills and paying attention to cues from reading their audience
  • Proven communication skills; able to convey one’s message in a clear, concise and professional manner, considering one’s audience, in all forms of media
  • Proficient multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize multiple client job requisitions, software and business processes while remaining compliant with policies and delivering against deadlines
  • Proven problem solving skills; able to identify important aspects of a problem, gather appropriate information, determine potential causes, and specify alternative solutions
  • Able to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
