Diverse Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a local government position on our DiverseGOV team. The Customer Service Representative hired by us, will work at the Louisville Water Company, in Louisville, KY 40202. Pay will be based on experience and skill set. Please indicate your wage requirement when applying. You will report to work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A Customer Service Representative for our team at this client location will be asked to represent Diverse Staffing to perform the following responsibilities. This position will require an extensive background and credit check, so please be aware of that as well.

The following in an example of some of the tasks you will perform working at this position:

  • Provide assistance to resolve customer complaints or inquiries concerning their billing statements, water quality, status of water service, and to make payment arrangements
  • Comply with company standards of productivity metrics including but not limited to: average talk time, phone availability, and call abandonment rate
  • Enter summary information from each call into the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) including the reason for the call, the nature of the discussion, the outcome or expectation for the customer, and any follow-up or research to be performed by a CSR or other internal customer
