Are you a Payroll Leader looking for the next challenge?

Diverse Staffing is currently seeking a Director Payroll Services for immediate hire. Your office will be based at our corporate headquarters located near 465W and 71st Street in Indianapolis. This is a full-time direct-hire position on our executive team. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead in-house corporate payroll services on a national level for all U.S. recruiting centers. We're looking for candidates with a deep knowledge of the payroll processing function with the ability to direct others providing in-house payroll operations.

The Director Payroll Services at Diverse Staffing 
will be responsible for designing short and long-term strategies for continuous improvement. You will also manage tax reporting and associated similar liabilities. In addition to these responsibilities, as the corporate leader for our payroll services you need impeccable ethics and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties. AS the Director of Payroll Services you will be responsible for personal team audits to ensure compliance and error-free operations. This may require coaching, counseling, and mentorship of the payroll team at-large. you will also manage some relationships with vendors related to payroll operations such as software, time-card programs, etc.

Your salary for this position will be based upon your experience and expertise for the position. All compensation levels will be considered for this critical role in our organization.

Job Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of substantive payroll experience with a manual payroll system

• Multi-state payroll experience

• Managerial experience with payroll processors

• High volume payroll processing experience

• Commissions experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
