Diverse Staffing is now accepting Editorial Publication Assistant applicants for immediate hire for a temporary to hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Indianapolis, IN. This position pays up to $25.00/hr. and is a 1st shift position. You will report to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Editorial-Publication Assistant will be responsible for copyediting, proofreading, and electronically formatting regulatory submission documents including text, reference citations, tables, figures, cross-references, and attachments. Ensures quality and accuracy of clinical regulatory submission documents. Maintain regulatory compliance by verifying that required language is included. Maintain and update publication tracking database.

The following in is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position:

•    Responsible for managing multiple submissions types across assigned molecules.
•    Coordinate and communicate with Regulatory Associates to plan compliance and strategic submissions.
•    Review and monitor the CRR Calendar for planned documents for submissions.
•    Maintain and create document and submission calendar entries:
            o    proactively update document status to manage workload
            o    provide information on specific documents’ status as it pertains to any specific submission.
•    Proactively manage 30-day packets to ensure compliance.
•    Maintain and update the submission table of contents.
•    Escalate issues that may impact submissions and timelines.

Job Requirements

•    Minimum 7 years’ experience
•    eCTDXPress, required
•    High School diploma
•    FDA experience, required
•    PowerPoint experience
•    Basic Office – Test
•    Vocab – Test
•    PowerPoint - Test
•    ISI Toolbox Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
•    Ability to work in a group or independently
•    Excellent communication, organizational skills and detail oriented
