We just keep growing! Diverse Staffing is currently seeking experienced Light Industrial Onsite Services Managers in Forest Park, GA.

The Onsite Services Specialist is a key role in our organization. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to Diverse Staffing's customers and temporary employees by consulting with customers regarding business needs and areas for improvements, as well as building and strengthening relationships with key customers in conjunction with the Client Services Managers. Successful performance in this role is a key determinant of Diverse Staffing's reputation in the marketplace.

Here are a few of the things you'll do in this fast-paced position:

•    Provide on-site management and supervision of  all contract employees
•    Provide on-site customer service for clients and associates
•    Ensure that all employees are have completed new hire forms and completed the new hire process in order to work for Diverse Staffing Services; This will include requesting background screens, depending on customer requirements
•    Perform employee check-in's, assign all required PPE and safety supplies, and ensure employee understanding of time keeping systems
•    Thorough understanding of our client's industry, needs, and work environment in order to effectively intake, confirm, recruit, and fill open orders in a timely manner
•    Create job orders in Applicant Tracking System, recruit, identify, and place employees on assignments once new hire paperwork has been completed and job offer has been accepted
•    Close assignments with the appropriate code and add detailed notes in Applicant tracking system when an employee ends an assignment
•    Perform daily walk-throughs to check line employees on job performance and required PPE
•    Address issues and counsel employees as needed; create and provide PIP to employees who have reoccurring or significant issues.  Document counseling notes in ATS and upload relevant forms
•    Expert with timekeeping system and providing required reports to customer and Diverse Staffing
•    Distribute checks (GA locations only) to employees on a weekly basis, as well as assist with payroll related questions and discrepancies
•    Report to the client representatives and follow their required work schedules
•    Investigate, complete, and submit First Report of Injury and all injury or Near Miss investigation forms in a timely manner
•    Resolve problems and managing employee relations in a timely and effective manner
•    Assist Workers' Compensation Services Manager and Safety Services Manager, as well as other on-site personnel with workers' compensation claims completion of  forms, safety training, and attend safety meetings as required by customer
•    Collect, reconcile timesheets and logs, process, and submit time on a weekly basis; Send all required payroll deports to Payroll Services by required deadlines
•    24/7 availability either via phone or email, including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
•    Ensure all job orders have a detailed job description uploaded under the customer record in Applicant Tracking System
•    Serve as a coach and mentor to less experienced Staffing Services Specialists and Staffing Services Coordinators on your team
•    Communicate revised employee work hours as requested by client supervisors, managers, etc.to temporary associates
•    Act as a liaison between Diverse Staffing Services recruiting center and customer to ensure a smooth working relationship
•    Attend daily production and safety meetings, as well as assist line leaders, supervisors and management as needed
•    Order all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keep stock replenished as needed; Keep records of any assigned PPE to temporary associates
•    Conduct quality assurance meetings and customer reviews to ensure that client's needs are being met, and proactively resolve any issues
•    Required travel to and from client locations to Diverse Staffing recruiting centers.

Job Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum job requirements to be deemed qualified for the position:

•    High School Diploma or GED
•    Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or staffing role is highly desired
•    Bilingual skills (Speaking, Reading and Writing) are preferred
•    Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
•    Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact in a respectful manner with a diverse population of colleagues, clients and job applicants; leveraging active listening skills and paying attention to cues from reading their audience
•    Proven communication skills; able to convey one's message in a clear, concise and professional manner, considering one's  audience, in all forms of media (i.e. voicemail, phone, email, face-to-face) and handles conflicts and disagreements constructively
•    Proficient multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize multiple client job requisitions, software and business processes while remaining compliant with policies and delivering against deadlines
•    Proven problem solving skills; able to identify important aspects of a problem, gather appropriate information, determine potential causes, and specify alternative solutions
•    Strong attention to detail; demonstrating attentiveness to all aspects of a task or process, alert and accurate
