Diverse Staffing is now accepting Maintenance applicants for a immediate temporary to hire position.  In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Franklin, IN. This position pays up to $23.80/hr. and is a 2nd shift. This position will train on first shift. You will report to work between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.

A Maintenance Associate for our team on this assignment will be asked to repair production machinery.

The following is an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position: 

  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery

  • Ensure lockout/ tag out procedures are followed.

  • Complete preventative maintenance orders on machinery

  • Assist / complete special projects as given by supervisors with limited supervision

  • Assist in spare parts issue and inventory control.

  • Overtime as needed

  • Maintain all maintenance areas per 5S and safety.

Job Requirements

  • PLC, and Automation experience is a requirement

  • Four years maintenance experience

  • Knowledge of CNC controls

  • Knowledge of PLC ladder logic

  • Knowledge of  basic electrical systems and controls

  • Knowledge of pneumatic / hydraulic systems

  • Knowledge and understanding of electric, pneumatic/hydraulic and mechanical diagrams

  • Automation and Robotics experience
