Job Description

Diverse Staffing is now accepting Material Handler/Pot Handler applicants for immediate hire for a temporary to hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Edinburgh, IN. This position pays up to $15.00/hr. and is a 2nd shift position. You will report to work between 11:00 PM and 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Our client is dedicated to delivering lighter, higher-performance automotive die cast components, precision machined in diverse alloy materials, including zinc, aluminum and magnesium.

A Material Handler / Pot Tender for our team on this assignment will be asked to maintain pots, drive a forklift, and move material to and from the shipping department.

The following in an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position:

    • Drive forklift

    • Maintain pots

    • Move material

Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Willing to step in and help out where needed

    • Good attendance record

    • Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time

    • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

    • Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift
