Diverse Staffing is now accepting Safe Launch Inspector applicants for immediate hire for a temporary to hire position. In this job, you will work for our client at a facility in Columbus, IN. This position pays up to $12.00/hr. and is a 2nd shift position. You will report to work between 4:30 PM and 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

A Safe Launch Inspector for our team on this assignment will be asked to be responsible for first piece inspection including gauge and CMM inspection, completing PPAP inspection and retaining PPAP initial sample parts, performing and controlling gage calibration, in process data collection, collecting and storing quality records and ensuring overall compliance to documented and accepted quality practices in their area(s). The Safe Launch Inspector will take an active role in ensuring product meet or exceed customer requirements, processes are being ran to defined parameters and maintains quality document accuracy, integrity and compliance.

The following in an example of some of the tasks you may be asked to perform daily working at this position:

    • Visually Inspect

    • Label

    • Rework parts
