Diverse Tech Staffing is seeking an experienced Share Point Developer for a position with a top echelon client in Indianapolis, IN.  This is a full-time, 1st shift position and you will report to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities you can expect in this position include:

●    Develop and support SharePoint pages and applications as requested by business partners across the utility
●    Design and create SharePoint forms, lists and workflows to automate manual processes
●    Create business process maps in collaboration with business partners as needed
●    Work with IT Business Relationships to design solutions to fit business requirements 
●    Design and develop SharePoint dashboards utilizing reporting platforms such as Microsoft PowerBI and other reporting tools
●    Create and maintain appropriate documentation for SharePoint solutions
●    Establish and promote professional level standards for site performance, usability, scalability, browser compatibility, mobility, and reliability
●    Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
●    Conduct training sessions for local site administrators and end users as needed
●    Provide input to IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Application Support teams when troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading SharePoint infrastructure and applications • Coordinate SharePoint development and support with external vendors as needed • Other duties may be assigned. Development and support of SharePoint sites, applications, pages, forms, workflows, and dashboards
●    Work with IT and Business stakeholders to pursue opportunities to leverage SharePoint to achieve business unit objectives
●    Maintain education of emerging technologies and industry trends related to website development • Conduct training for end users and local site administrators

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
•    2+ years of experience designing and developing Microsoft SharePoint sites, applications, forms, workflows, and dashboards Ability to establish and maintain strong long-term relationships, communications and interact professionally with a diverse group of Executives, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts in both IT and business unit groups.
•    Ability to understand technically complex issues and put them in simple terms for different lines of business.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and strong problem solving skills.  
•    Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group (executives, managers, business SMEs, PMs and other IT team members).
•    Ability to work independently and successfully engage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
•    Demonstrated understanding and use of strong problem-solving skills to identify and document the impact of changes on processes, applications, or systems; and capable of effectively communicating the impact to affected stakeholders.
•    Highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution.
•    Superior experience creating process flow diagrams and/or technical process flows.
•    Experience developing, configuring or administering Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or above
•    Experience developing, configuring or administering Microsoft SharePoint Online, including Flow and PowerApps
•    Experience developing, configuring or administering Microsoft Teams
•    Experience with professional standards-based web development tools such as ASP.Net, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JSON, C# and/or Javascript
