We are looking for serious ambitious, outgoing full cycle sourcing, Staffing Services Manager to work at our Birmingham, AL location. With a role as a Staffing Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in-class customer service. By continuing, building, and exceeding customer satisfaction. By partnering the right employee with the right employer.   This is a full-time internal position.  You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and until 7:00 PM Wednesdays.



Diverse Staffing is seeking an experienced Staffing Services Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of operations for one branch location and delivery against client SLAs and Diverse Staffing, Inc. quality and administrative standards. Additionally, Staffing Services Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding business with existing clients of the branch; seeking out additional opportunities, and partnering with the Area Manager/Managing Director of Branch Operations and Director of HR and Operations and Operations and impacted staffing team(s) on design of streamlined delivery processes to ensure the highest standard of quality is achieved based upon client requirements.



This is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive base salary plus commission and benefits.  Top performers meeting all goals have the potential to earn total compensation up to $75,000 annually.  Base salary will be determined by personal experience and skill set.



About the role



  • Maintain client business relationships with a "customer for life" approach

  • Manage and maintain P&L statement for the branch

  • Provide day-to-day oversight of the branch staff, including coaching, motivating, and directing to ensure quality delivery and compliance

  • Solicit and write proposals working with sales and accounting for proper pricing

  • Proactively identify, analyze and trouble shoot client service issues in partnership with branch staff; executing upon service strategies and processes as well as timely communication with clients to resolve systemic business issues effectively and efficiently

  • Partner with company management to develop Sales Forecast/Projections/Budgets for the branch

  • Establishment of client retention and sales goals as well as attaining a performance level that meets or exceeds such goals for each branch through personal efforts and managing a "results-oriented" team

  • In partnership with the management team, implement and ensure the branch adheres to all company policies and guidelines set forth by management; holding staff accountable for results

  • Deal with internal staff problems/complaints in a timely and effective manner; 'managing by example" through your own personal work ethics and effort; escalating concerns to HR.




Job Requirements

About you



  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in human resources, business, or marketing) or five or more years staffing management and recruiting experience. MBA or Master Degree preferred but not required.

  • Two or more years of prior management experience; requiring hands-on management and coaching

  • Two or more years in a consultative client facing management role (i.e. sales, customer service, account management, consulting, service industry, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proven communication skills; able to convey one's message in a clear, concise and professional manner and handles conflicts and disagreements constructively

  • Proficient multi-tasking capabilities

  • Proven problem solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail; demonstrating attentiveness to all aspects of a task or process, alert and accurate

  • Able to occasionally travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office software

  • PHR OR SPHR certified, preferred but not required

  • PMP OR Six Sigma certification, preferred but not required
