Our Tupelo, MS Recruiting Team is taking applications for a Human Resource Assistant in Tupelo, MS. This position pays $14.00 per hour and is a long-term temporary position. As an American company since 1914, our clients focus is on making quality tires that will perform well and last for thousands of miles.


As a Human Resource Assistant your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.


Reporting to the HR Manager, key deliverables will include (but are not limited to):




  • Answering employee questions




  • Processing incoming mail




  • Creating and distributing documents




  • Providing customer service to organization employees




  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators




  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data




  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings




  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team




  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
